the house was like staying in a 5-star hotel. Every little detail was thought about, and the kitchen was beautifully designed. The property also had separate bathrooms on each floor, which was amazing for our group. Additionally, the TV provided was of very good quality with access to a wide range of channels. the house was extremely clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable.
The property was beautifully presented, very clean and had everything you could think of to make for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, being very close to important landmarks in the city, and an added bonus was parking for two cars.

The room at 12 Pear Tree House was absolutely fab! It had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms with showers. I literally felt like a superstar with all that space to get ready for karaoke night!
One thing that didn't totally rock my world was the lack of fancy toiletries. But hey, some people are fine with that, right?

I recently stayed at 12 Pear Tree House in York and I was blown away by the beautiful presentation and immaculate cleanliness of the property. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was spacious and the parking space right outside the front door was a big convenience. The small patio in the rear was a nice bonus, providing a pleasant outdoor space. The location was excellent with the city center just a short walk away, making everything easily accessible. The bedrooms were cozy and the showers were superb. The attention to detail was evident, with automatic lights in the bathrooms and useful extras like cello tape in the drawers.
While there were no major complaints, there were a few minor things that could be improved upon. It would have been nice to have outside chairs for the patio, but we managed by using the kitchen chairs.

The two spacious bedrooms were comfortable and had amazing views. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to easily prepare meals. Plus, having two private parking spaces was a huge bonus in a city where parking can be difficult.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful townhouse in the heart of a historic city. The attention to detail in the house was outstanding, from the high-quality kitchen utensils to the luxurious towels provided. The house was impeccably clean, and the small welcome pack was a delightful surprise. The location of the property was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I absolutely recommend staying at this property, as I couldn't find a single fault with it.
One minor inconvenience was that the temperature on the bottom floor of the house could get quite cool, while it became hot during sleep. However, the windows could be opened to regulate the temperature.

The house had ample parking, which is a rarity in York. The washroom on the ground floor and bathrooms on each bedroom floor were finished to a high standard.
